Nelson <br />County Adnini.strator <br />Description and Conditions <br />SUBJECT: Authorization for Engineering <br />Services for North County Water <br />and Wastewater Planning <br />REFERENCES: <br />:Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. have been assisting the County on <br />matters relating to water and wastewater in the north county area. On <br />October 7th, the Board concurred in the continuation of the North County <br />Water Planning. <br />John Robbins has requested formal authorization to assist the County in <br />the continuing effort relative to north county water and wastewater. His <br />letter of request is enclosed. Also enclosed is the December 20, 1972 Agree- <br />ment with modifications. -- <br />Recaurendations and Funding <br />It is remanded that: <br />1) Sverdrup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. and Beindorf & Associates, <br />Inc. be authorized to provide planning and preliminary engineering <br />services for north county waLnr and wastewater services as an <br />additional service in accordance with our December 20, 1972 Agreement <br />and its modifications. <br />2) The Board to provide funding to Account #001-101-511-33.13. <br />
