The Administrator informed the Board that the proposed <br />lease agreement meets all State requirements, and it has <br />been reviewed by Attorney Collins. If they are not able to <br />get in the building by December 1st, it will be prorated so <br />that all leases will end on the same date. <br />Attorney Collins commented that although the proposed <br />lease is not exactly what he would like, if you want to rent <br />to a State agency, you have to use their documents. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved the <br />lease agreement and covenants with the State of Florida, <br />Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, Division of <br />Driver Licenses as recommended by the Administrator and <br />authorized the signature of the Chairman. <br />Copy of said lease will be made a part of the Minutes <br />when fully executed and received. <br />$725,000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1981 <br />The Board discussed the Administrator's recommendation, <br />which is as follows: <br />NOV 4 1981 BOOK 48 PAGE 65 <br />66 <br />
