An inspection of their plant has been made and their <br />performance is good. We have requested and received copies of their <br />monthly reports that are submitted to D.E.R. This hearing has been <br />advertised for the 4th of November 1981, in the Press Journal on October <br />14, 1981. <br />RECONMENDATION & FUNDING <br />We recommend that the proposed franchise change be approved by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />The Administrator commented that staff is recommending <br />that some sort of escrow or replacement account be set up <br />and some kind of annual report required. <br />=93 <br />
