On Motion by commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, Commissioner Fletcher voting in <br />opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 vote adopted Resolution <br />81-92 setting a millage for the Multipurpose Municipal <br />Service Unit of 1.63589 for the fiscal year 1981-82, and <br />authorized the signature of the Chairman or Vice Chairman. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81- 92 <br />WHEREAS, the BOARD Or COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />MULTIPURPOSE MUNICIPAL SERVICE UNIT, held a public hearing <br />on the 4th day of November, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MULTIPURPOSE MUNICIPAL <br />SERVICE UNIT was established pursuant to Indian River County <br />Ordinance 80-34; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board at the public hearing, after proper <br />notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons for <br />the rate established and after public questionings and input, <br />desires to establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year <br />1981-82; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby sets the Millage for said Unit at 1.63589 mills. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 4th day <br />of November, 1981. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By <br />William C.
