On Motion by Commissioner Bird, seconded by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously closed the public hearing. On Motion by Commissioner Bird, seconded by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted Ordinance 81-41 rezoning the subject property to LM -1 as advertised. ORDINANCE NO. 81-41 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended : as follows: 1*1 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: That part of the South 200 feet of Tract 9, Section 3, Township 33 Suuth, Range 38 East, according to the last General Plat of Lands of the Indian River Farms Company, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying East of Interstate 95 Highway and also, the North 9.03 acres of Tract 16 lying East of I--95 in Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to the last General Plat of Lands of Indian River Farms Company, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25 said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to LM -1 Light Manufacturing District. All with the meaning 4nd intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations..
