(Section 25.1(6)) <br />- Planned Residential Developments <br />3. Institutional Uses. (Section 25.1(C)) <br />- Total Care Facilities <br />- Residential Centers <br />4. Community Service Uses. (Section 25.1(D)) <br />- Cultural and Civic Facilities <br />- Educational Facilities, Excluding Business, Secretarial & <br />Vocational <br />- Governmental Administration Buildings <br />5. Recreation Uses. (Section 25.1(E)) <br />- Country Clubs <br />- Golf Courses <br />- Tennis Facilities and Beach Clubs <br />- Yacht Clubs <br />6. Utility Uses.
