SECTION 15 <br />APPLICABILITY OF NEW SECTIONS <br />Until further action has been taken by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County by the adoption of appropriate ordinances, the zoning <br />districts created by this ordinance shall be considered additional districts. <br />The administrative sections, sections pertaining to general or specific use <br />criteria, shall only apply to the new districts created by this ordinance and <br />subsequent ordinances of the County. All further re -zonings, where applicable, <br />shall utilize the newly created districts. <br />SECTION 16 <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be incorporated into the County Code and <br />the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other appropri- <br />ate word, and the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered, reserved or <br />relettered to accomplish such intentions. <br />SECTION 17 <br />SEVERABILITY <br />If any section, part of a sentence, paragraph, phrase or word of this ordinance <br />is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such hold- <br />ings shall not affect the remaining portions hereof and it shall be construed to <br />have been the legislative intent to pass this ordinance without such unconstitu- <br />tional, invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 18 <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon receipt from the <br />Florida Secretary of State of Official Acknowledgement that this ordinance has <br />been filed with the Department of State. <br />-64- <br />
