Number of loading spaces required and the total number of spaces <br />provided. <br />23.2 E. Vicinity Map. <br />A vicinity map insert shall be made part of the site plan showing the <br />general location of the site using the names and locations of nearby <br />streets and prominent natural or• manmade landmarks. Scale shall be <br />sufficient to indicate the zoning and current land use of the property <br />contiguous to the site, including properties separated from the site <br />by a public/private street. <br />23.2 F. Existing Site Conditions. <br />The applicant shall also furnish the following information in graphic <br />or written form, as appropriate. <br />i'. Certified survey of the site, including property boundaries and <br />their dimensions. <br />2. Existing topography with a .axi=.c;,- of one (1) foot contour <br />intervals, based upon coast gecdetic datum. <br />3. Limits of one hundred year (100) flood plain and/or coastal flood <br />velocity areas (V -zones), as ShGMn on the most recent Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency (FEY) -aps. <br />4. Location of Coastal Construction Control Lice, if applicable. <br />5. Existing right-of-way width of all adjacent roadways and setback <br />lines. <br />6. Location and explanation of any existing easements. <br />7. Location and dimensions of any existing structures on the site, <br />and any parking or loading areas. <br />B. Location and width of existing on-site roadways and <br />rights-of-way. <br />9. Location and dimensions of existing driveways and access points <br />on the property and within two hundred (200) feet of the site. <br />10. Specific boundaries and acreage of wetlands and other environ- <br />mentally sensitive areas, if any. <br />11. Location of existing utility lines (water, sewer, power, etc., as <br />applicable) and existing private utility systems (wells and <br />septic tanks) shall be shown extending a minimum of two hundred <br />(200) feet from the site's property. <br />12. Location and size of all natural and manmade waterbodies. <br />23.2 G. Graphic Requirements. <br />The following information shall be graphically displayed at a minimum <br />on twenty-four (24) by thirty-six (36) inch sheets, at a scale no less <br />than one (1) inch equals fifty (50) feet, and shall include a north <br />arrow, graphic scale and the date the plans were prepared. <br />1.
