Location of exterior mechanical equipment and/or utilities, <br />and method of screening, if applicable. <br />g. Location, height and type of construction material of <br />fences. <br />h. Location, height and materials utilized for screening. <br />i. Intended means of outdoor lighting, including location, <br />size, method of shielding light source, and intensity of <br />outdoor illumination and lighting. <br />2. Traffic Circulation and internal Vehicular Movement. <br />a. Location and di-ensions of all existing and propused drive- <br />ways and median cuts, and the distance separating them from <br />intersections and other existing or proposed access points <br />within two hundred (20-0) feet of the property. <br />b. Designation of all parking spaces, including the number and <br />dimensions of spaces and •+hether or not such spaces are <br />designated for handicapped or• ccmpact car parking. <br />C. Number and designation of loading spaces. <br />d. Surface materials of roadxays and driveways. <br />e. Fire lanes shall be ten (10) feet in width. <br />f. Overall internal circulation plan, including directional <br />arrows and signs to direct traffic flow. The Public 'rlorks <br />Director may request additional information on site distance <br />triangles if conditions warrant. <br />g. Location of existing and proposed on-site traffic -control <br />signs and signalization devices. <br />h. Posted speed limits of abutting roadways. <br />i. Location and specifications of all existing and committed, <br />abutting and/or transitional deceleration lanes, turning <br />lanes, sidewalks, bikepaths, drainage facilities (under- <br />ground and surface). <br />j. Location of all existing and proposed sidewalks and/or <br />bikeways abutting the site. <br />k. Any plan for combined off-site parking facilities shall be <br />accompanied by an agreement specifying the nature of the <br />arrangement, anticipated duration, signatures of all con- <br />cerned property owners, and any other requirements mandated <br />by the Parking Ordinance, Section 24. <br />3. Open Space, Landscape and Tree Protection. <br />a. Delineation of permanent open space areas. <br />b.
