All driveways shall maintain adequate sight distances, <br />as provided in this ordinance. <br />b. Number and Spacing of Driveways. <br />In general, the minimum number of driveways necessary to <br />adequately accommodate access to and from the site will be <br />permitted. These standards shall not apply to single family <br />dwellings and duplexes. The approving body may either <br />increase or reduce the following separation distances based <br />on an analysis of street frontage, trip generation, or other <br />factors, as it deems appropriate. <br />i.
