ORDINVZ 85-55 <br />The following uses may be permitted within the R-BCID Blue Cypress <br />Improvement District, subject to the specific use criteria established <br />in Section 25.1 "Regulations for Specific Land Uses" and review <br />procedures established in Section 25.3, "Regulation of Special Excep- <br />tion Uses". <br />1. Utility Uses. (Section 25.1(I)) <br />Public and Private Utilities, Limited <br />14 E. ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES <br />As provided in Section 25(G), "Accessory Uses and Structures". <br />14 F. DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS <br />As provided Table 14, herein, and Section 3.1, "Application of Dis- <br />trict Regulations". <br />14 G. PERMITTED SIGNAGE <br />As provided in Section 25(0), "Signs". <br />14 H. WALLS AND FENCES <br />As provided in Section 25(I), "Walls and Fences". <br />14 I. MINIMUM OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREP!ENTS <br />leach dwelling unit shall require two (2) off-street parking spaces. <br />14 J. ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS <br />1. Compliance With Map of Record. The raximum density of future <br />development shall be one 1 unit per lot as shown on the record- <br />ed map of the development filed in the Indian River County <br />Official Record Book 453, page 310. <br />2. Mobile Home Undercarriage Skirting. The frames, axles, wheels, <br />Crawl space storage area and utility connections of all mobile <br />homes shall be concealed fron view through the use of durable <br />all-weather materials and shall effectively cover the undercar- <br />riage areas. <br />3. Central Wastewater S stem. Prior to any development, expansion, <br />or addition to a lot, building site, or structure within the <br />R-BCID, except additions of docks, utility buildings or similar <br />accessory uses on lots with existing structures, plans for <br />providing a central wastewater system to the District shall be <br />approved by the County, the Department of Environmental Regu- <br />lation and the St. John's River• Water Management District. The <br />County shall require assurances to guarantee availability of the <br />central wastewater system prior to any further development of the <br />area. <br />4. Flood Protection. A minimum ground floor elevation for single <br />family dwellings and mobile homes shall be 28.5 feet NGVD (i.e., <br />two (2) feet above the ten (10) year flood elevation reported by <br />the St. John's River Water Management District). <br />-2- <br />
