Prohibit loitering. <br />J. Prohibit motor vehicles on the beach. <br />K. Prohibit excessive noise such as loud playing of <br />instruments, record players, etc. <br />L. Prohibit solicitation. <br />M. Provide for designated surfing areas as determined by <br />County. <br />N. Prohibit crossing over the dunes except in designated <br />cross -overs. <br />0. Prohibit distrubing the vegetation on the dunes. <br />P. Provide for lifeguards on an as -need basis determined <br />by County at County expense. <br />Q. Provide for hours open to the public (with due <br />consideration to standard and daylight savings times <br />and the need of fishermen). The maximum hours shall <br />be sunrise to 9:00 P.M. <br />Town and County shall not restrict the lands described•in Exhibit <br />"A" from being used for park purposes except as above set forth, <br />and Town shall not impose fees or charges for use of the parklands <br />by the public except by mutual agreement. <br />5. Town and County agree to establish a liaison committee <br />made up of three (3) appointees from the County and two (2) <br />appointees from the Town who shall meet and make recommendations <br />periodically to their appointing Boards as to methods of improving <br />the utilization and operation of the park. <br />6. Parties agree as part of the overall plan in developing <br />the property that the County will retain the foilage on a <br />thirty-five foot (35') strip both at the North and South property <br />lines of Parcel I, Exhibit "A". Additionally, County will <br />construct a fence along the North and South property lines of <br />Parcel I. Both the natural buffer and the fence will be provided <br />to insulate Parcel I from the adjoining residential areas. <br />-3- <br />
