2. The term of this Agreement'shall be for a period of fifty (50) <br />years from the date of execution or so long as County owns the lands <br />shaded in green on Exhibit "B" whichever period is longer. It is the <br />intent of all parties that the land referred to in Exhibit "A" shall be <br />used during the term of thie Agreement for park purposes benefiting <br />all of the residents of Indian River County. <br />3. Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated into this Agree- <br />ment embodies the parklands owned by Indian River County. The parties <br />agree that that part of Parcel I lying West of Section 20 and Parcel <br />III may be annexed into the Town along with other properties outlined <br />in red as shown on Exhibit "B". Town agrees that during the term <br />of this Agreement it will not pursue annexation of that part of Parcel <br />I lying East of Section 19, Parcel II and Parcel IV without the <br />approval of the Board of County Commissioners. All parcels as set <br />out in Exhibit "A" shall be used for park purposes. The parties <br />agree that the property described in Exhibit "A" shall be developed. <br />in general accord with the conceptual plans for park development as <br />shown on Exhibits "C" attached and made a part of this Agreement. <br />Parcel III shall be developed as the entrance to the park from A -1-A <br />to Parcel II. The Town agrees to issue appropriate permits and <br />cooperate in the development of the park. The parties recognize <br />that Exhibit "C" is a conceptual plan for the park development. <br />County shall have the right to make modifications to the plan when" <br />developing the parklands. Modifications to increase parking,restroom <br />and shower facilities, shelters, picnic tables and cooking or barbeque <br />grills beyond that proposed in Exhibit "C" shall be submitted to the <br />liasion committee, created pursuant to paragraph 5, prior to im- <br />plementation. <br />4. Town and County agree that, as to the parklands described <br />in Exhibit "A", each body will cooperate with the other in <br />allowing the lands within their jurisdiction to be used for park <br />purposes and providing for the following -rules and regulations <br />governing the park's use: <br />A. No alcoholic beverages possessed or consumed on site. <br />B. All unleashed animals prohibited. <br />C. All private business and advertising signs prohibited. <br />D.
