r� .I <br />8/18/89(SPB02)LEGAL(SPB/sb) <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89- 26 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 14-2 OF THE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LAW LIBRARY <br />ORDINANCE OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />CODES-OF—LAWS-BIND-ORD I NANCE-S , P -ROW -D ENG <br />FOR ADDITIONAL COURT COSTS ASSESSED BY <br />THE CLERK OF THE C I RCU I T COURT IN EACH <br />CIVIL CASE AT LAW OR IN EQUITY OR IN <br />PROBATE AND GUARDIANSHIP CASES COMMENCED <br />IN THE CIRCUIT COURT AND FOR COSTS IN <br />EACH CIVIL CASE AND IN PROBATE AND <br />GUARDIANSHIP CASES COMMENCED IN THE <br />COUNTY COURT IN AND FOR INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING___FOR <br />CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR <br />SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORA- <br />TION IN CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that Chapter 14 of the <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1. <br />SECTI-ON 14-2.—Add i t -i anal-C-ourt-Costs-Assessed. <br />There shall be taxed and collected by the clerk of <br />the circuit court of Indian River County, Florida, the sum <br />of fourteen dollars ($14.00) as costs <br />in each civil case at law or in equity and in probate and <br />guardianship cases commenced in the circuit court in and for <br />Indian River County, Florida, and there shall be taxed and <br />collected by the clerk of the county court in Indian River <br />County, Florida, the sum of four <br />dollars ($4.00) as costs in each civil case and in probate <br />and guardianship cases commenced in the county court in and <br />for Indian River County, Florida, in addition to the costs <br />otherwise provided by law, the whole of which sum shall be <br />set apart by saidcler to be used exclu-s1ve-ly for the <br />purchase and maintenance of said law library.
