ORDINANCE 89 - <br />clerks shall turn over said funds so collected, at the end <br />of each month, to the board of trustees erein establish -e -d; <br />provided, however, that said board of trustees may, from <br />time to time, as the circumstances require, determine, by <br />resolution at any regular meeting, that the sums as <br />hereinabove prokided—a re---nj-t requ-i-r-ed—fw the—p-ropier <br />operation and maintenance of said law library, and may <br />direct the clerks to collect any lesser amount, until such <br />time as said board, by similar resolution, may deem it <br />necessary to collect any larger amount, not exceeding the <br />sums herein provided. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Conflicting Provisions. <br />In case of a conflict between the provisions of <br />this ordinance and prior ordinances, the prior ordinance <br />shall be deemed repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 3. <br />Severability. <br />'-f any sectl-on, or if any sent-ence—,pa-ragr& ", <br />phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and it shall be construed to have been the legislative <br />intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION ^4. <br />Incorporation in Code. <br />This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code <br />of Ordinances of Indian River County and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />r e number ed -o r -re I -et t-ered-t-o-ac-e emp-I i s h such -p a rp o ses. <br />CODING: Words in $tfJIMW60tV type are deletions from <br />existing law; words underlined are additions. <br />smeadsoft Reprint Date: Monday, August 12, 2013 - 12:02:47 - OfficialDocuments:707, Attachment Id 0, Page 2 <br />
