He addressed the fact <br />that Attorney Brandenburg stated modification of the lease <br />raises a question of whether the lease must be rebid, and <br />felt this should be explored. Mr. Zorc continued that if <br />the State Statutes can be complied with, he felt St. Francis <br />Manor should be granted a permanent reduction to $1.00 a <br />year without specific earmarking of the funds. Mr. Zorc <br />then read a presentation about the low income of the <br />residents of the Manor and attacking those who "work <br />against -him." <br />A Mr. DiSassio took offense at St. Francis Manor being <br />included in the same category as the Humane Society, was an <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Item A - Pistol Permit Applications <br />On Motion by commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />application of Michael A.
