8, 1981, and to authorize the Finance Director to pay off <br />the Tax Anticipation Note for financing relating to Indian <br />River Boulevard, due December 17, 1981, as discussed. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />Administrator Nelson reported that there is a final <br />bill due from Reynolds, Smith & Hills and also bills from <br />Attorneys Joseph Cianfrone and Michael O'Haire, which will <br />bring the cost to close out Indian River Boulevard up to <br />around $100,000. He stated that -once all the bills are <br />finalized, he will bring a report back to the Board. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Finance Director to proceed with applying to the State for <br />the funds available from the 5th and 6th cent gasoline tax <br />to pay off our outstanding obligations on Indian River <br />Boulevard. <br />Finance Director Barton reviewed the following report <br />on expenditures on the Courthouse and Administration <br />Buildings: <br />Report on Expenditures on Courthouse & Administration Buildinqs <br />Revised Contracts: <br />Courthouse Building <br />Original Contract $689,000.00 <br />Change Orders (Through 27) 167,166.17 <br />5��1 �7 <br />Administration Building <br />Original Contract $2,748,000.00 <br />Change Orders (Through 69) 351,391.81 <br />_...__.... <br />S3,099,391.81 <br />Total Revised Construction <br />Contracts with Reinhold Const.
