DEC 161991 <br />Administration Building, <br />which would leave $47,000 in <br />the <br />reserve for contingency. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously agreed to add a <br />line item to the budget establishing an account of $50,000 <br />for furniture and fixtures for the Courthouse and <br />Administration Building, and directed the Finance Director <br />to prepare the appropriate budget amendment. <br />Frank Zorc, County resident, wished to know if anyone <br />has calculated how much the renovation cost per square foot. <br />No exact figures were available, but the cost was estimated <br />at between $20.00 and $30.00 per sq. ft. It was further <br />pointed out that the building is on a valuable piece of <br />property. <br />The following reports were received and placed on file <br />in the Office of the Clerk: <br />Traffic Violation Bureau - Special Trust Fund, Month of <br />November, 1981 - $33,469.28 <br />Report of.Juveniles in Jail - October, 1981 <br />Traffic Violation Fines by Name - November, 1981 <br />RESOLUTION 81-104 HONORING WILLIAM GRIZZELL <br />On Motion by Commissioner Scurlock, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 81-104 honoring William Grizzell for his services <br />on the Board of Zoning Adjustment. <br />Chairman Lyons read the Resolution aloud and presented <br />it to Mr. Grizzell. <br />
