Board of County Commissioners o <br />Indian Kiver county that: <br />SECTION- 1: AMENDING THE POWERS OF THE SOLID WASTE <br />DISPOSAL DISTRIiC-T-(SWDD) <br />�'Shiehrreads—a e -I -i vn.r, <br />s: <br />SWDD <br />shall have all powers necessary--an"ncident <br />to accomplishing the purposes of the distrint. which powers <br />shall include the power to hire, fire, and set compensation <br />of employees, lease, rent, or buy real and personal property, <br />issue revenue bonds or other certificates of indebtedness, <br />and contract, including the power to contract with <br />municipalities within Indian River County which have not <br />joined the SWDD." <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 4.
