ORDINANCE NO. 85-72 <br />The other area extends 600 feet north of Oslo Road from 32nd <br />Avenue to 43rd Avenue. To the south of Oslo Road and 43rd Avenue <br />the area extends 600 feet and then runs eastward to a point <br />approximately 200 feet east of 35th Avenue. <br />Where future residential development occurs within the two <br />mixed use areas of this district, densities shall not exceed <br />those maximum densities of the surrounding and adjacent land use <br />categories as described in the text and shown on the Land Use <br />Map. <br />SECTION 2 <br />The following described properties located on the south side <br />of Oslo Road and east of 20th Avenue are hereby redesignated from <br />LD -2, Low -Density Residential 2 to A:kD, l -:fixed Use District, on <br />the Lard Use Map: <br />The North 620' of the West 15 acres of Tract 1 and the north 620' <br />of the East 30 acres of Tract 2, Section 26, Township 335, Range <br />39E, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian <br />River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page <br />25, St. Lucie County Public Records, no;,r lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />AND <br />Lots 7 through 11, inclusive, Block D, Lots 1, 1A, and 2 through <br />11, inclusive, Block E, Oslo Park Unit 2, according to the plat <br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book. 4, Page 13, of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />SECTION 3 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon <br />receipt from the Florida Secretary of State of official acknowl- <br />edgement that this ordinance has been filed with the Department <br />of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 21stday of Aunust <br />1985. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />DON C.
