JAN 61992 8009 48 g-PA,u- 475 <br />After a brief discussion, it was determined that <br />the Administrator could proceed to formulatq a program for <br />public hearing advertising. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was <br />voted on and carried unanimously. <br />Carolyn Eggert, Chairman of the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission, explained to the Board that she would like to <br />set up a procedure where anything that must be approved by <br />the County would be done prior to the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission approving a site plan. <br />Lengthy discussion followed and it was determined <br />to check into whether the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />should approve a site plan that would be contingent upon <br />action taken by the Board. The Board felt that the matter <br />regarding the draw bridge at Jungle Trail should be <br />discussed first at the public hearing on January 27, 1982. <br />APPROVAL OF REPLAT PROCEDURES - BENT PINES <br />Administrator Nelson requested that this item be <br />tabled until later in the meeting. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird,the Board unanimously agreed to table the <br />item regarding Bent Pines until later in the day. <br />SCHEDULE WORKSHOP FOR KELTON REPORT <br />The Board discussed the scheduling of a workshop, <br />for implementation of the Kelton Report, and it was <br />determined that a mutd'ally acceptable time would be found by <br />the Chairman. <br />5M - <br />-I <br />
