� � r <br />Wednesday, January 20, 1982 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the Board of <br />County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida, on Wednesday, January 20, 1982, at 8:30 o'clock <br />A. M. Present were Don C. Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Alfred <br />Grover Fletcher, Vice Chairman; Dick Bird; Patrick B. Lyons; <br />and William C. Wodtke, Jr. Also present were Neil A. <br />Nelson, County Administrator; L. S. "Tommy" Thomas, <br />Intergovernmental Coordinator; Gary Brandenburg, Attorney to <br />the Board of County Commissioners; Jeffrey K. Barton, <br />Finance Director; Dan Fleischman, Baili-ff; and Janice <br />Caldwell and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Commissioner Lyons led the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag, and J. G. Glenn, Chaplain, Indian River Memorial <br />Hospital, gave the invocation. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />November 18, 1981. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Bird, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 18, 1981. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Lyons requested adding an item <br />concerning a Water Seminar being held at Rollins College on <br />January 22, 1982. He next requested adding an item <br />regarding right-of-way licenses. Commissioner Lyons also <br />requested adding an item concerning the Florida Association <br />of County Commissioners meeting on February 3, 1982. <br />JAN 2 0 19048 Pasr54 <br />
