<br />all, and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money,
<br />accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, vari-
<br />ances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity,
<br />which said first party ever had, now has, or which any personal representative, successor, heir or assign of
<br />said first party, hereafter can, shall or may have, against said second party, for, upon or by season of any
<br />matter, cause or thing w6tsoever, from the begfruting of the world to the day of these presents.
<br />Particularly as to all claims, rights of actions, and any
<br />other conceivable relief arising out of those events giving
<br />rise to that particular Civil Court action in the Circuit
<br />Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit, of Florida, in and for
<br />Indian River County, Case No. 79-644, and styled John H.
<br />Cann and Irene M. Cann, his wife v. Indian River County and
<br />Harold Whitaker.
