JAN 2 01991 <br />I <br />gnu 48 FAU619 <br />Mr. Ragsdale commented that this subdivision is platted <br />and of record. It was further noted that the Health <br />Department requirements may limit the density. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Parcel 1, Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 6, KARR SUBDIVISION <br />as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 87, Indian River County Records, <br />run East along the North line of Lot 7, a distance of 11.5'; thence <br />South parallel to the east line of Lot 6 to the point of intersection <br />with the South line of Lot 7; thence Northwesterly along the South <br />line of Lot 7 to the Southwest corner of Lot 7; thence North along <br />the West line of Lot 7 to the point of beginning. <br />Parcel 2, Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 8, KARR SUBDIVISION, <br />run East on the North line of Lot 10 a distance of 40'; thence South <br />parallel to the West line of Lot 10 to the South line of Lot 10; <br />thence West on the South line to the Southwest corner of Lot 10; <br />thence North on the West line of Lot 10 to the point of beginning. <br />Said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be rezoned from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single <br />Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect January 26, 1982. <br />5 <br />
