JAN 2 01982 <br />noK 48 FAfF 613 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 82-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing <br />in relation thereto, at which'parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The south 280 feet of the north 380 feet of the north <br />1/2 of Government Lot 11, Section 10, Township 31, <br />Range 39, lying west of the westerly right-of-way of <br />SR A -1-A, lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from A - Agricultural District to R-lAA <br />Single Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This grdinance shall take effect January 26, 1982. <br />Commissioner Wodtke brought up the fact that the <br />application for the zoning change just granted was received <br />in August and the only blank filled on the form was the one <br />noting that the fee waIs paid. <br />Mr. Ragsdale explained that the Planning Department <br />accepts the application and the check and then informs the <br />applicant of the deficiencies in the application which must <br />be completed before it can be processed. The application is <br />kept on file until all required material has been supplied. <br />Further discussion ensued, and it was agreed that the <br />blanks on the form in regard to when publication was made, <br />etc., should be filled in in the future. <br />
