A public meeting was held at 11:00 A.M., December 22, 1981 in the County Administrator's <br />Office, 2345 14th Ave., Vero Beach, F1. This meeting was advertised in the Vero Beach <br />Press Journal on Nov. 20, 21, 22, 24,•25, 26, 1981. The purpose of this meeting was to <br />open and record the following bids: <br />IRC #109 - One (1) Four Wheel Landfill Compactor <br />(Cash Purchase Bid) <br />IRC #110 - One (1) Four Wheel Landfill Compactor <br />(Total Cost Bid) <br />2. 11 Bid Proposals were sent out for both bids. <br />10 Bidders responded to IRC #109. (Eight were No Bids) <br />8 Bidders responded to IRC #110.
