E. Block Architect, Inc. <br />2nd - John W. Calmes, Architect <br />3rd - Master Design Group, Inc. <br />4th - Peabody & Childs <br />Mr. Block is a unanimous first choice of our committee. <br />As soon as the architectural firm is selected, the committee would <br />litre to meet with the architect to review in detail the proposed <br />plans for the Indian River County Annex Courtroom. <br />As I previously mentioned to you and the County Commissioners, <br />parking around the courthouse is a critical need and with the <br />addition of a fourth courtroom, the County Commissioners are going <br />to have to provide additional off-street parking to accomodate <br />prospective jurors, witnesses and parties, and attorneys. <br />In the new courtroom, the committee also feels that accomodations <br />must be provided for television cameras and video cameras for <br />depositions. <br />d <br />Your uay� <br />Charles E.
