(15) Large Scale Dry Cleaning and/or Laundry <br />Facilities <br />(16) Lumberyards <br />(17) Marinas and Dry Storage Facilities <br />(16) Moving and Storage Businesses <br />(19) Terminal Facilities <br />(20) Vehicular Sales Service and Rental <br />Establishments <br />(21) Warehouses, Mini -warehouses <br />(22) Wholesale Salesroom and Storage Rooms <br />(23) or other similar uses. <br />(b) Building Height Limit. No building or structure shall <br />exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height. <br />(c) Minimum Lot Size and Floor Area Required. Since the <br />size and nature of the uses permitted may vary widely, no <br />minimum size lot or floor area shall be required. <br />(d) Lot Coverage. No principal building or structure <br />shall occupy more than forty (40%) percent of the lot. <br />(e) Front Yard. Every lot shall have a front yard or <br />street yard of not less than twenty-five (25) feet. <br />(f) Rear Yard. Every lot shall have a rear yard of not <br />less than twenty (20) feet. <br />(g) Side Yard. A side yard shall be provided on each <br />side of every lot not less than twenty (20) feet in width. <br />(h) Parking Regulations. Off-street parking spaces <br />shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for <br />specific uses as set forth in Section 24 of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 2 <br />REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are <br />hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
