Mr. Nelson stated he would work with Board <br />Secretary Forlani, develop and define the duties, and have <br />this item placed on a future agenda. <br />Chairman Scurlock stated that he wanted to see an <br />evaluation process established for the County Administrator, <br />and have it evaluated prior to budget time. The Chairman <br />felt that when you establish responsibilities for that <br />position, there should be some evaluation process; a formal <br />process with specific criteria. <br />The Administrator stated that he did not have any <br />problem with that; it could be included in the <br />Administrator's office structure and procedures. <br />•A <br />He continued that the item could be added in the ordinance <br />to have the position evaluated on an annual basis. <br />The Chairman called for the question.
