Motion was made by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, to approve Recommendation A of the <br />Administrator's memo dated February 10, 1982. <br />Commissioner Wodtke inquired about the hours the road <br />will be blocked and whether this would block off access from <br />U.S.1 to Hobart Park. It was noted that traffic will be <br />directed. <br />Discussion followed re ensuring that adequate traffic <br />controls are provided, as well as proper insurance. <br />Commissioners Fletcher and Bird reworded their Motion <br />to approve Recommendation A with the provision that adequate <br />traffic controls will be provided as well as proper <br />insurance. <br />Commissioner Wodtke suggested this activity should be <br />coordinated with the supervisor of Hobart Park. Discussion <br />resumed as to a time frame, and the Administrator noted that <br />this was not specified. <br />Attorney Brandenburg believed the cost of one day <br />insurance may be more than the organization could bear, and <br />stated he would like to talk with the Safety Director and <br />check on our insurance. <br />The Chairman called for the question on the Motion as <br />reworded.
