The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of January <br />27, 1982. <br />Commissioner Lyons referred to page 5 regarding the <br />study being conducted to add 15' to Courtroom A, and <br />wondered if this was being done. <br />Administrator Nelson assured him that the matter was <br />presently being studied. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the \ <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting of January 27, 1982. <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />A. Budget Amendment <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, that the Board approve the Budget <br />Amendment to allocate funds to pay for 100 copies of the <br />Code of Ordinances, recommended by the Finance Director, as <br />follows: <br />Account Title <br />Outside Printing <br />Account Number <br />001-101-511-34.72 <br />Increase Decrease <br />3,237. <br />B.C.C. Contingencies 001-199-513-99.91 3,237. <br />Commissioner Scurlock expressed concern about the <br />proper allocation of the funds used for the books.- <br />Finance <br />ooks: <br />Finance Director Barton explained that the books were <br />$75 a set, and each supplement to up -date the book was $10. <br />The Chairman called for the question.
