MAR 31992 19 PACE <br />On Motion. by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously agreed to add an <br />emergency item concerning Mr. Todd. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of January <br />13, 1982. <br />Commissioner Fletcher referred to page 9 and stated <br />that the vacancy from Fellsmere has been filled by Alpha R. <br />Payne. <br />Discussion followed and it was pointed out that his <br />appointment took place after adoption of the resolution, and <br />a Motion appointing him to that position would suffice. <br />Commissioner Lyons noted' that Commissioner Fletcher <br />should have signed the resolution since it was to be signed <br />as Chairman of the North County Fire District. <br />After some discussion, it was felt this resolution <br />should be withdrawn from the Minutes and corrected. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Special Meeting of January 13, 1982, and that <br />Resolution 82-11A be withdrawn from the Minutes and <br />corrected. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January <br />20, 1982. <br />Commissioner Lyons referred to page 12, line 31 and <br />requested that "Tallahassee" be deleted and "Daytona Beach" <br />be added. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 20, 1982, as <br />amended. <br />W <br />
