He also asked about requiring people to hook on <br />and stop using their own plants. <br />It was noted that the bond covenants require people to <br />come on within a certain radius and also that we have a <br />provision in our franchises and have negotiated with Vista <br />Royale to agree that when we have the water available they <br />will come onto our system. Commissioner Wodtke believed the <br />figure used in the rate structure represented those that we <br />have the ability to turn on tomorrow. <br />The Chairman called for the question on the Motion to <br />accept Alternative 2.
