MAR 3 19 <br />82 ux -49 E 64 <br />mention Treasure Coast Utilities. Coordinator Thomas <br />informed him that is an error, and it is being corrected. <br />Commissioner Bird raised questions about the people <br />with service agreements who intend to hook on and noted that <br />he did not want to build a plant that can accommodate 5,000 <br />if we have 1,000 who may or may not hook on at their <br />pleasure. He also asked about requiring people to hook on <br />and stop using their own plants. <br />It was noted that the bond covenants require people to <br />come on within a certain radius and also that we have a <br />provision in our franchises and have negotiated with Vista <br />Royale to agree that when we have the water available they <br />will come onto our system. Commissioner Wodtke believed the <br />figure used in the rate structure represented those that we <br />have the ability to turn on tomorrow. <br />The Chairman called for the question on the Motion to <br />accept Alternative 2.
