It was generally agreed that we have got to know what <br />we are going to be spending. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously agreed that the <br />Constitutional Officers should be informed that unless they <br />come through the Administration and Purchasing Department, <br />we will not be in a position to pay their bills for further <br />purchases. <br />PURCHASE OF LANIER "NO PROBLEM" WORD PROCESSOR FOR ATTORNEY <br />It was noted that the Board indicated approval of <br />purchase of this equipment at the previous meeting, but held <br />official action over until the funding could be specified. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />purchase of a Lanier "No Problem" Word Processor for the <br />County Attorney's office, and approved the following budget <br />amendment to provide the funds for the purchase of said <br />equipment: <br />Account Title <br />B.C.C. Contingencies <br />Furniture & Equipment <br />Account Number Increase Decrease <br />001-199-513-99.91 13,972 <br />001-102-514-66.41 13,972 <br />STATUS REPORT ON CLOSING OF UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE <br />The Board indicated acceptance of the following report <br />on the status of the local Unemployment Office: <br />MAR 10 1982 35 <br />
