Davis, Jr., Tides Road <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously closed the <br />nominations for the at -large segment and cast a unanimous <br />ballot for the two above nominees. <br />It was noted that it will be necessary to look for one <br />more representative for the at -large segment. In the <br />meantime, the Board secretary was instructed to send out a , <br />letter informing those who have been selected and thanking <br />the others for submitting their resumes. <br />Mr. Sullivan noted that four members are to be <br />appointed for a term of two years and three members for a <br />one year term. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously designated <br />Messrs. Carmody, Donatelli and Davis to serve one year <br />terms. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously designated <br />Messrs.
