Status Report Davis Temple Churc, <br />FROM: Dav i6 ' c�reene REFERENCES: <br />Assistant County Administrator <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION <br />On December 2, 1981 the Commission granted Davis Temple ChurQh a <br />90 day extension to repair or demolish the burned out building <br />located at 3446 45th Place. Mr. Ed Schumucker of Total Development <br />Inc., has notified the County that the drawings are now complete <br />and have -been submitted to the City/County Building Department <br />for their approval. Bids have been solicited and received by Total <br />Development concerning the repairs to the building. Staff will <br />continue to monitor this situation and work closely with Mr. Schu- <br />mucker and the representatives of Davis Temple in order to bring <br />this matter to a close. We will continue to keep the Commission <br />appraised of the progress. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Wodtke, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously accepted the <br />'. w - d . x <br />status report of the Hazardous Structure owned by the Davis <br />Temple. <br />D.
