MAR 1'71982. NXIA 49 <br />Commissioner Fletcher stated that his impression was <br />that we are being asked to review this, not approve it or <br />deny it. He asked if the Board wants the Motion to indicate <br />that we reviewed this and adopted it. Commissioner Bird <br />stated that he did not have any problem with the way the <br />Motion is worded. <br />Chairman Scurlock explained that they did not ask that <br />we okay their contract, but just authorize a letter <br />indicating that we don't have any problems with Mr. Silvera. <br />The Chairman stated that he would like, with Attorney <br />Brandenburg's help, to construct a letter indicating that <br />Mr. Silvera is welcome to come to the county and work with <br />the organization. <br />Commissioner Bird requested that if the Chairman and <br />Attorney should discover there is more involved than we have <br />been led to believe, that they please bring this matter back <br />to the Board. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />CHANGE ORDER #70 - COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING <br />The following Change ~Order signed by Administrator <br />Nelson per Commission authorization of August 11, 1979, is <br />hereby made a part of the Minutes: <br />W =21 <br />
