Attorney Brandenburg advised that Attorney Brown had <br />expressed a desire to withdraw from the case in order to <br />allow his office to proceed from this point forward. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, to authorize the Chairman to execute <br />the Substitution of Counsel, and to pay the outstanding fees <br />to Attorney Brown in the amount of $4,514.22 from the <br />Construction Account. <br />Commissioner Lyons inquired if this action would <br />prejudice the County's case in the Reinhold/Connell <br />litigation. <br />Attorney Brandenburg responded negatively. He added <br />that the County would be wise to" authorize him to hire a - <br />construction litigation expert. <br />Commissioner Bird suggested the Attorney come back to <br />the Board with a cost estimate for the services of a <br />construction litigation expert. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Attorney to seek the -services of a construction litigation <br />expert for a recommendation on our controversy with the <br />contractor and architect and return to the Board with a <br />proposal. <br />PEBBLE BAY WASTE WATER SYSTEM <br />The Board reviewed the following memorandum dated March <br />16, 1982: <br />MAR 17 1982 <br />47 <br />
