MAR 17.1982 <br />Commissioner Bird inquired what guidelines he would be <br />using in this regard. <br />Attorney Brandenburg stated that he 'would make the <br />.initial contact with the City Manager and ask him to attend <br />a meeting to discuss this situation. <br />Discussion followed, and it was determined that if a <br />fee were to be involved, it would have to be first <br />considered by the Board. <br />Commissioner Bird stated that he would vote for the <br />Motion, but he felt much more information would have to be <br />obtained on this matter. <br />Commissioner Fletcher planned to vote against the <br />Motion as he felt it would cause a rate increase. <br />The Chairman 6a141.ed for the question.
