<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
<br />Of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is reviewing the feasibility of
<br />making the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />j 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />between U.S. HIGHWAY I and THE INDIAN
<br />RIVER, approximately 800 feet south of 110th
<br />Street in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />COMMENCE at the Northwest corner of the
<br />Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest !b of Section 17,
<br />Township 31S, Range 39E; thence run S 89
<br />degrees — 38 feet — 22 inches E along the
<br />North line of said Section 17, 84.96 feet to the
<br />East R.O.W. of U.S. No. 1; thence S 25 degrees
<br />— 57 feet — 59 inches E, 39.05 feet to the in-
<br />tersection of the South R.O.W. of State
<br />Department lateral ditch No. 5 and the East
<br />R.O.W. of U.S. No. 1; thence S 89 degrees — 38
<br />feet — 22 inches E, along the South R.O.W. of

<br />Be rezoned from R-3 Multiple Dwelling
<br />District to R -IAA Single Family District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Board of ,County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in the County Com-
<br />mission's Chambers of the County Ad-
<br />ministration Building located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />March 17,1982, at 1:30 P.M. -
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to insure that a verbatim
<br />recordof the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
