Pistol Permit <br />The Board next considered the following memorandum <br />dated March 18, 1982: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of ®ATE: March 18, 1982 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />SUBJECT: Gun Permit Renewal <br />FROM: D -J-� REFERENCES: <br />David L. Greene <br />Assistant County Administrator <br />In a memorandum dated_Ma.rch 18, 1982, Freda Wright, Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, forwarded the following application <br />for pistol permit renewals for: <br />Harvey A. Newman <br />All requirements of Ordinance 79-27 have been met and <br />are in order. I recommend the issuance of the pistol <br />permit renewal to the above individual. This application <br />is the last renewal to be submitted before the Moratorium <br />becomes effective. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously approved a permit <br />to carry a concealed weapon for Harvey A. Newman. <br />E. Report on File with the Clerk <br />The following report was received and placed on file <br />in the Office of the Clerk: <br />Report of Juveniles in Jail - February, 1982 <br />D. A. G. Holley State Hospital <br />The Board discussed giving the Chairman approval to <br />sign the admission petitions for patients going to A. G. <br />Holley State Hospital, and it was determined that a list <br />of those admissions be placed on the next agenda for the <br />Board's review. <br />10 <br />
