Motion was.made by Commissioner Bird, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, that the Chairman be given the approval <br />to sign admission petitions for.patients going to A. G. <br />Holley State Hospital, and those admissions then be placed <br />on the next agenda for review by the Board. <br />Commissioner Fletcher inquired if the Board was <br />giving authority to the Chairman to place -folks in mental <br />hospitals. The response was negative. <br />The Chairman called for the question.
