APR 7 1982 <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Bird, seconded by Com- <br />missioner Wodtke, that this item be deferred in order to <br />give Mr. Howard an opportunity to seek legal and accounting <br />advice. <br />Commissioner Bird included in his Motion that the County <br />Attorney be authorized to meet with Mr. Howard's attorney and <br />the Drainage District attorney to discuss his options and <br />to come back to the Board with a report. <br />Commissioner Wodtke seconded the addition to the Motion. <br />The Chairman called for the question. C: Wodtke dated April 2, 1981, <br />Requesting Street Lighting of 36th <br />2) Frank H, Call, Mgr., Electrical <br />Engineering, City of Vero Beach to <br />Jim Davis, County Engineer, dated <br />July 7, 1981 Regarding Street Light- <br />ing of Barber Avenue. <br />3) Frank P. Pendleton, Electrical <br />Engineer, City of Vero Beach, to Jim <br />Davis, County Engineer, dated July <br />21,1981 <br />Description and Conditions: <br />The Engineering Division has contacted the City of Vero Beach Electrical Engineering <br />Department and requested consideration of providing adequate street lighting of 36th <br />Street and Barber Avenue (37th St.) from U.S. #1 to the new hospital site. The <br />City of Vero Beach is the only frachised electrical supplier to this area. A cost <br />estimate and design has been prepared for both 36th Street and 37th Street, (Barber <br />Ave.). The design of the 37th Street project includes the installation of 29 - <br />22,000 lumen high pressure sodium lamps on 35' wood poles spaced every 200' + <br />at an estimated annual cost of $5,547.12. This design is based upon an intermediate <br />collector roadway classification. <br />
