APR 71982 <br />R, <br />Chairman Scurlock announced for the record that the <br />company for which he works has done some work for this <br />project, although he himself has not entered into any <br />contracts with this company, and he plans to vote on the <br />Motion. <br />Attorney Brandenburg agreed that making this statement <br />for the record was all that was necessary. <br />Commissioner Lyons commented that his position was that <br />the original $900 figure actually was just an estimated <br />outside figure. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried 4 to 1 with Commissioner Wodtke voting in <br />opposition. _ <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that a Motion <br />is needed to either annul, sustain or modify the preliminary <br />assessment roll in whole or in part at which time it will <br />become the final assessment roll. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Lyons, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously accepted and <br />approved the preliminary assessment' roll as the final <br />assessment roll for the Pebble Bay Sewage System as outlined <br />in the Assistant County Administrator's memo of April 1, <br />1982, acid agreed that all assessments not paid within 90 <br />days after final determination of the special assessment <br />roll shall bear interest at the rate of 150. <br />Said assessment roll is as follows: <br />
