APR 7 1992 <br />Chairman Scurlock emphasized the importance of <br />negotiating for agreements with the libraries as he doubted <br />the State will continue to overlook their requirement for a <br />contract for services before funding, and Commissioner Lyons <br />stated that he would like to be authorized to negotiate <br />agreements with both Sebastian and Vero Beach library <br />associations. <br />Commissioners Fletcher and Wodtke agreed to include in <br />their Motion that funding will require a contract for <br />services. <br />The Chairman called for the question. It was voted on <br />and carried unanimously. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Fletcher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously agreed to extend <br />the meeting to 5:30 P.M., if necessary. <br />DISCUSSION RE QUAY DOCK ROAD <br />Chairman Scurlock read the following memo from Public <br />Works Director, -James Davis, with attached Letter from LeRoy <br />Telkamp: <br />72 <br />
