County Administrator <br />Description & Conditions <br />The growth of the Indian River County -Utility systems -has been much greater <br />than planned for the fiscal year of 81-82. This growth will result in increased <br />revenue of approximately $173,000. Unfortunately, the cost to operate, maintain <br />and manage their systems will also increase proportionately.
