The Agreement between the County and Post, Buckley, <br />Schuh & Jernigan will be made a part of the Minutes when <br />received. <br />LETTER OF CONDITIONS - FmHA FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF UTILITIES <br />John Robbins, Engineer, approached the Board and <br />introduced the people from FmHA who have come personally to <br />present the Letter of Conditions to the Board. He <br />introduced Charlie B. Any.changes in <br />project cost, source of funds, scope of services or any other significant <br />changes in the project or Entity must be reported to and'approved by FmHA by <br />written amendment to this letter. Any changes not approved by FmHA shall be <br />cause for discontinuing the application processing. <br />This letter is not to be considered as a loan approval or as a representation <br />as to the availability of funds. The docket may be completed on the basis of <br />a, loan in the amount of $2,017,100 for water improvements and $733,600 for <br />wastewater improvements. If FmHA makes the loan, the interest rate will be <br />that charged by FmHA at the time of the initial loan obligation. <br />Please complete and return the attached Form FmHA 442-46, "Letter of Intent to <br />Meet Conditions," if you desire further consideration be given your applica- <br />tion. <br />If the conditions set forth in this letter are not met within 90 days from the <br />date hereof, FmHA reserves the right to discontinue processing the applica- <br />tion. <br />APR 211982 23 Not 49 vi <br />
