TO: The Board of <br />Indian River <br />Florida <br />county commissioners <br />County <br />FROM: Concerned Residents -Property Owners & Voters <br />District 4 <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />SUBJECT: The Joseph Fedele Rezoning Request <br />From: R-1 Single Family District <br />To: R -2D Multiple Family District <br />Within: Section 31 Township 33 South, <br />Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida <br />The attached lists of signatures of District 4 residents, property <br />owners and voters are signatures of people who do "NOT" desire that a <br />rezoning of this property be changed from R-1 Single Family District <br />to R-2 Multiple Family District. Great concern is shared by these <br />citizens as to the impact of a change by an over -crowded population <br />growth within this area which could greatly effect the loss of avail- <br />ably fresh water supply in -the future, the type of sewer planned and <br />over-all environmental impact on the land and the increased of congested <br />traffic conditions on'Old Dixie Highway and the entrance to the Vero <br />Beach Highlands. Most of these citizens regrettably can riot be present <br />at the time of the scheduled hearing due to their working conditions. <br />Please except this means as registering their do'"NOT"desire for a <br />rezoning of this property.
