IDeseription <br />SEWER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION <br />The expansion of the treatment plant will be adjacent to the existin ; sewer <br />treatment plant in Section 31, Township 31S, Range 40E in the community commonly <br />known as Vero Beach Highlands in Indian River County, Florida. <br />The project will entail the construction of one package plant, with a capacity <br />of .25 million gallons daily, an anaerobic digester, polishing ponds, percolation beds, <br />chlorination equipment, and lines totaling approximately 52,400 linear feet. <br />
