$anima <br />MAY 191982 <br />Commissioner Wodtke expressed the hope that by <br />requiring people to take on additional responsibilities, we <br />do not lose any more of our personnel. He noted we are <br />getting spread pretty thin. <br />Commissioner Bird believed we were remiss in not coming <br />up with additional compensation for Mr. Greene while he was <br />pinch hitting as Administrator and felt we should consider <br />this for Dr. Hardin. <br />Commissioner Fletcher stated that he would include in <br />his Motion that at the meeting of June 2nd, the Commission <br />would address an interim compensation figure for Dr. Hardin. <br />Commissioner Lyons confirmed his second to the inclusion. <br />Further discussion ensued on the need to review and <br />cull the resumes submitted for the position of Administrator <br />down to a more workable amount, and the importance of the <br />Commissioners being involved was emphasized. <br />Assistant Administrator Greene reported that Personnel <br />already has cut the list down to 10 and if any of the new <br />ones are felt to be preferable, they will be added to this <br />list. <br />The Chairman called for the question.
